Learn how to weave a fish.Slightly harder, but still a simple project is weaving a willow fish. You will first create the shape and then weave in and out until you have woven your fish. These look lovely as garden ornaments. You can take it home and decorate it with foliage from your garden, ribbons, or even fairy lights! These mini-workshops will last around 20 minutes.
Children are welcome to join in but must be accompanied by an adult, all of whom need to be booked as individuals.
Paid entry to the garden is required. If you do not already hold a season ticket or residents pass, we are offering a reduced entry price of £7 to the garden for all adults, under sixteens are free.
These starter-session workshops themselves are free of charge, but must be booked in advance as groups are limited to 6 people.
Please dress for the weather.
