OKMT Summer Drumming Workshops 2023
About
OKMT Music Therapist Edison Carolino will be hosting some more drumming workshops this Summer holidays! They are a great way to develop listening and motor skills, learn how to copy rhythms and keep a beat, as well as having lots of fun making music together as a group. We will supply instruments for everyone, so just bring yourselves!The workshops are open to children and young people up to age 18 with additional needs and their siblings. Spaces are limited and you must book in advance to secure a place.
*PLEASE NOTE* - the sessions from 2-2.45pm on 8th August and from 2-2.45pm on the 15th August will be 'relaxed' workshops. These sessions are specifically tailored to suit children and young people with additional needs, who have more sensitivity to noise or are less physically able to play the drums. Please only sign up to these sessions if your child/young person has these specific needs.
