This Reiki Level One course is for you if you have heard a lot about Reiki and are interested in learning more about Reiki and is an introductory course on how to use Reiki healing techniques.

This is where you begin and my one day course will teach you all you need to know to get you started with using Reiki on yourself and it is very simple to learn and to use. It is a gentle hands-on healing technique, which uses healing energy to treat any physical or emotional concerns.

Reiki is a helpful self-development technique for anyone wanting to learn more about reiki and how to enjoy the benefits of a healing treatment.

You will be initiated to the Reiki energy by an attunement and receive a full instruction manual and your course certificate will be awarded to you at the end of the day.

I am a Reiki Master and teacher and I am one of the few traditionally trained Reiki Masters in the UK who have been trained by international best-selling Reiki author Penelope Quest.
