Joint Concert with SPGS
About
The musical year kicks off with this major collaboration between St Paul's and St Paul’s Girls’ School. Talented musicians from both schools work side-by-side to deliver a major choral and orchestral concert, which will be the first for new SPGS Director of Music Joseph McHardy. He will conduct Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb in an arrangement by Imogen Holst, as well as Lili Boulanger’s Vieille Prière Bouddhique. The joint orchestra will then perform Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 (“New World”) under the baton of SPS Director of Music Mark Wilderspin.Location
