Walking football is exactly what it says on the tin. Everything is the same as normal football apart from the pace of play, where you are only allowed to walk. During the session you will focus on different skills and drills designed around participants needs and ability, leading to small games and mini competitions to make it as enjoyable as possible. Relax at your own pace while still playing the beautiful game.
