Goodboost is a tablet led exercise session personalised to focus on your specific needs and body parts region. The session will take place in one of the studio classes at Rushcliffe Arena and each participant is given a tablet device to complete their tailored programme. After you've finished, why not join us in the café for a drink and catch-up!Goodboost offers support for people living with physical health conditions such as arthritis and back pain through evidence-based therapy sessions that reduce pain and improve mobility. The artificial-intelligence recommendation system is built-upon published clinical research for musculoskeletal exercise and rehabilitation.
