Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is a beautiful way to experience full mental, physical and emotional relaxation.In this guided practice, I encourage you to become as comfortable as possible so you can relax and wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
It’s a mental exercise that takes place in the mysterious borderland state between wakefulness and sleep. By maintaining awareness as you relax and your body starts to fall asleep, you can enter a profound state of consciousness – with potentially profound psychological, spiritual and physical benefits.
We elect to spend time meditating… as a means of achieving deep relaxation, for helping with sleep - and even promoting self-love, emotional release or gratitude.
