Set on a beautiful farm, Goat inspired Yoga will stretch away them aches and pains while finding it hard to resist the the little trying to get your attention.In just 45minutes you’ll discover Earthing, helping reduce inflammation, stress, improve blood flow, energy and sleep generating a greater well being.
Also make some new goat friends as they join in next to you.
Why not bring along your little ones to play in the park and pet the animals too. (Small fee applies)
Please bring a smile, a mat and some water.
Don’t forget to apply your sunscreen and for those rainy days we can go inside.
