About
Lydia a mum of four neurodiverse children, was diagnosed with ADHD in her 30s. She works as an Educational Psychology assistant and a medical doctor. She completed research into how ADHD in adults affects parenting and on personal journeys of autistic adults, especially in education.She has a passion to share with others the benefits a diagnosis can bring, alongside the necessity of an executive function approach to understanding managing context factors influencing the problems we are experiencing on a day-to-day basis.
