Class Description: Online Flexibility / Beginning Contortion ClassStudents will develop well rounded active flexibility in legs, hips, back and shoulders with use of safe flexibility techniques, encouraging correct muscle activation and alignment. Class focuses on skills such as splits, bridges, flexibility elbow stands and other backbend variations. A great class for beginners to improve flexibility, those training aerials who want to increase their flexibility, or those looking to build upon their skills for contortion training. All levels welcome. 16 - Adult.
Requirements
No prior experience needed, complete beginners are welcome! Two yoga blocks are recommended, however, not essential.

Thursday 7:30-8:30pm BST (UK & Ireland) / 8:30pm Central Europe / 11:30am USA Pacific Time / 1:30pm USA Central Time / 2:30pm USA Eastern Time
