Enfield SuDS Walk and Talk
About
Join colleagues from the Environment Agency, Greater London Authority, Natural England and Forestry Commission for a walk and talk led by Enfield Council. We will be visiting various Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) and Natural Flood Management (NFM) schemes around Enfield from rain gardens to constructed wetlands. Please remember to come dressed for the weather with comfortable outdoor footwear. The walk will be about 1 mile in length, but we will be stopping to hear more about the schemes. The tour will start at Firs Farm Wetlands and end at Pymmes Park Wetlands (near Silver Street Station). Bring along some lunch and we can have a picnic in Pymmes Park after. There are shops nearby the park too.Location
