We are running 1 session starting at 9.30 from the community centre.
Simply wear sensible walking shoes, bring a drink and snacks and we will do the rest.
This will be a simple introduction followed by a simple walk using the poles under the direction of our Lady Instructor.
This is a relaxed taster session open to all levels.
We will supply the Walking Poles so just turn up.
