Description of walk:
Enjoy exploring Guildford and its surrounding hills with one of South England's top walk leaders, North Downs Way Ambassador and Surrey Hills expert, Pete Lambert.
This beautiful circular hike takes us along rivers, farmland, woods and hills before arriving back in Guildford for a well earned drink and something to eat at one of the local town pubs if you desire.
The walk itself is relatively easy going with one very short but steep incline midway and another gradual rise towards the end.
Bring with you sensible walking shoes/boots and dress for the weather as well as having fluids and snacks.
We will stop on several occasions to admire the views and talk about the history.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead especially through farmland.
This walk is fully insured and led by a guide with a huge knowledge of the area as well as a remote outdoor first aid qualification.
This walk is free but if you would like to donate to Pete’s up and coming Andes expedition for Diabetes UK then please click the link on the booking form.
Dogs allowed / not allowed?:Yes on leads.
