About

The Mayen Estate walled gardens are two acres in size and were built in 1997. They feature a large octagonal glasshouse, and the space is broken into small themed ornamental gardens and vegetable beds by tall yew hedges. We use permaculture growing methods and enjoy growing our plants from seed. Highlights include the large herbaceous border and highly scented rose garden.
