Do you want help using the NHS App? Did you know you can communicate with you GP & Surgery via the App?We will be at Orchard Surgery to support you with this. Learn how to access the different areas of the app. How to send a message to the surgery.
The App allows you to access a range of NHS services. You must have downloaded the NHS App on your phone/tablet to attend this event.
Once you have proven who you are you get full access, where you can:
• order repeat prescriptions & nominate a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
• book & manage appointments
• book & manage coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations
• view your GP health record to see information like your allergies & medicines
• later this year you will be able to see your detailed medical record & information like test results
• register your organ donation decision
• choose how the NHS uses your data
• use NHS 111 online to answer questions and get instant advice
