Outdoor mat Pilates sessions held on the Pontoon (indoors in wet weather)Mat Pilates is for core strength, posture and balance.
All you need is to be able to get up and down off the floor!
Bring a mat, a large towel, water, it is advised to wear slip proof socks or soft flat gym shoes
Wear a long sleeved, comfortable clothing.
*A 50+ Fit for Life health screen report must be completed prior to the first class.
The coach reserves the right to refer you to your GP in the event of any health risks
