Suitable for beginners or experienced swimmers that would like to learn in a classroom the in’s and out’s of keeping safe in cold water. You can then join my winter swim club after this course.
We will look at a whole range of subjects such as kit, benefits, risk assessing, what to do with a cold swimmer to name a few but the rest is a secret!
The afternoon will start at 12.30pm and look to finish at 4.30pm. This includes classroom based learning, practical learning and a swim to finish it off with. Every learner will go away having learnt something new.
