To ensure your registration experience is smooth and trouble free, please read the following guidance notes before proceeding to book for Digital Glasgow 2023.
GROUP BOOKINGS
If you are making a group booking, confirmation will be sent to the administrator’s email address only.
DELEGATE ACCESS
Your Full Day Delegate Pass allows you access to all Speaker Sessions, including the Keynote Plenaries, Masterclasses, and the Leadership Streams. You will receive an invitation to the conference Drinks Reception and have full access to the Networking area. Ten days after the conference you will receive a password allowing you access to all cleared speaker presentations.
LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS
Complimentary refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know if you have any dietary health requirements or allergies when registering.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us if you require any additional access support arriving at the venue or at any point throughout the day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please ensure you have read our BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS before registering.
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you must notify hannah@futurescot.com 48 hours prior to the conference. If you do not inform us in advance and do not attend the conference, a £59+VAT no-show charge will be levied to compensate the Day Delegate cost and catering provision.
