Women's Evening with Norfolk Menopause

Building on the success of our two previous Women's Nights events, this year we have partnered with Norfolk Menopause to warmly welcome you to our next free event in October. Norfolk Menopause is a Norwich-based group of specialist GPs and gynaecologists who aim to transform your menopause journey and empower you to take control.Join Norwich High School for Girls on Wednesday 18th October from 6.30pm for a 7pm start. The schedule for the evening will be:
- Myth busting presentation - 45 min.
- Rotation of smaller groups - choose three 15 min sessions including - Nutrition in the Menopause, Pilates for Perimenopause, Testosterone use in the Menopause, Sleep in the Menopause, Vaginal and urinary symptoms and how to help.
- Smaller group Q&A - 30 min.
