Winter Warmer - a retreat for Women who are holding it all together.
Back to school, back to work, back to juggling and before you know it, it will be December. We’d like to offer you something to look forward to. Something that could be an early Christmas or New Year’s present to yourself.
Now, let’s be honest.
How often do you put yourself first?
Leave the responsibility of caring with another, while you have a day and night away?
Pat yourself on the back for everything you’ve achieved?
Really switch off your ticking clock tick list and allow some space for dreaming and setting goals?
If the answer to any of these is rarely or never, we invite you to join our Winter Warmer day retreat (with optional overnight stay).
Six (or even twenty-six) blissful hours to remind yourself:
How brilliant you are when you’re you.
How creative you are when you switch off that little nagging voice and remove the mask that limits you.
How big you can dream.
How to set goals that make you happy and ensure you reach them in 2024.
And (importantly) How you can make it through December!

What’s included? Reiki, Courage and Renewal work, Creative exploration of self, guided conversations, deep reflection, 2024 goal setting and affirmations.
Why come? Because you spend all year looking after others and working hard, and sometimes forget that you cannot pour from an empty jug (ancient proverb).
What else is included?
Refreshments and buffet lunch.
Friendship – bring a friend and when you spend £42.50 each on a meal/drinks after the retreat ends at 4pm you’ll get a free twin room. And of course, you’ll make new friends during the day.
Entertainment – every Sunday from 4 – 7pm, there’s live music at the Inn on the Prom. Plus relaxation – Sauna, Pool and Spa treatments available and the hotel is opposite miles of beautiful beach and sand dunes.
Shopping –round the corner in St Anne’s and a 5 minute drive from Lytham.
Who are Wendy and Katy?
Wendy Bowers has championed diversity and inclusion at both local and national level, representing the British Chambers of Commerce as their Women’s Ambassador in parliament and the media. She is currently Chair of the Lancashire Women’s Enterprise steering group.
She’s built several businesses whilst raising a family of four, and understands the demands placed on individuals and families trying to balance work and home.
Katy Mason MBA is an experienced Corporate Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Mentor, and Business Consultant, who has worked extensively across the UK and also internationally with leaders and their teams.
Katy is passionate about coaching women, and enables them to explore integrity, authenticity and fulfillment.
Katy and Wendy have designed and deliver the high growth Women Scaling Upprogramme on behalf of Lancashire County Council.
