For our first Parent Talk of the academic year we welcome back Edward Watson, Founder and Director of InnerDrive.

After graduating from Oxford, seven years in the army and an MBA, Edward founded InnerDrive in 2006 as a teaching and learning coaching company that helps people develop the right mindsets to do well at school, in business, in sport and in life.

Over the past 16 years, Edward has designed and delivered student workshops, parent workshops and teacher CPD for hundreds of schools in the UK and around the world.
