Downside School are delighted to be hosting a performance of Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2 performed on 2 pianos. Charles Wookey (OG) is the soloist, with the orchestral part played on a 2nd piano by Michael Bevan.Join us for a unique performance of this world-famous piece, with a pre-concert talk given by distinguished pianist and teacher Philip Fowke OG. Having performed it countless times around the world and with some of the great orchestras and conductors, Philip will be able to offer some fascinating insights into this great work.
Tickets cost £7.00 each for adults, free for under 18s.
50% of ticket sales go to St Wilfred's Hospice, Eastbourne.
