Welcome to the booking page for the Nottingham High School Wellbeing Centre Physiotherapist service.Please note that all appointments take place between 1pm and 5pm on Wednesday afternoons.
If you wish to book this via private healthcare insurance, please email scott.d@nottinghamhigh.co.uk with your providers name and you'll be given a code to use when booking your physiotherapist slot. You will also need to quote this code to your insurer, who'll then issue you with an authorisation number which we will require. We are able to do this for customers of Bupa, WPA, Aviva, Axa, Vitality and Healix Health Services.
Our Physiotherapist, Alex Lamb, is happy to answer any questions you may have about possible treatment types.
Please note, students who are using this service must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment.
