Space are running a Nordic walking course for those who fancy getting out into the parkland and getting some exercise and fresh air.
Come and join our very own Nordic walking Instructor Zena who will run you through a four session course on how to start Nordic Walking.
The 4 session course is a great way to learn Nordic walking.
Open to anyone who wants to get information on the benefits of Nordic walking.

Progress in confidence building in open space with Nordic walking
Learn all about " Catch and Release"
Learn how Nordic Walking can be part of your aerobic work out
