Women: 10,000m (Track or Road): 38:00/ 5,000m (Track): 17:30/ 3,000m (Track): 10:15

Under 13: 11-12 years old on 31/08/24 May only enter a maximum of 3 events
Under 15: 13-14 years old on 31/08/24 May only enter a maximum of 3 events
