Chinese Calligraphy with Pei Yee Tong

Celebrate Lunar New Year by immersing yourself in a Chinese Calligraphy Workshop led by artist Pei Yee Tong. Calligraphy is an integral part of China's cultural heritage, reflecting the country's history, philosophy, and artistic traditions. It is often considered a sacred practice, and a way to cultivate fundamental virtues such as patience, discipline, and humility.

In this workshop, participants will learn about the intricate techniques behind Chinese Calligraphy by exploring stroke variations and ink control methods that have been in practice for thousands of years. By the end of the session, participants will take home their very own script to either display or gift. So join us in exploring Chinese Calligraphy as we Welcome the Year of The Dragon with strokes of prosperity and elegance.

We have two sessions available:
Session 1: 11am - 1pm
Session 2: 2pm - 4pm
