Inspired to Grow cookery workshop all about cooking tasty recipes using seasonal and affordable ingredients, some of which we may have grown in the poly tunnel.The course is aimed at 13-18 year olds. On this course you will:
Find out how to source/buy food economically
Watch a demonstration on how to joint it by our resident qualified master butcher Duncan
Cook three recipes including speedy biryani, spiced spinach eggy bread, and 3 ingredient flatbread
Learn new skills and recipes
Taste / try new foods
Understand how to plan meals using locally sourced, seasonal and economical produce
Help us reduce waste - please bring your own clean containers to take home any leftovers, if there are any!
