Climate Science for Kids
About
Brighton Science Festivals presents a family-friendly day of activities that answers some of the main questions about climate change. Our team of explainers will be running stalls using games, props and puzzles to explain the science behind the processes that are warming our planet. How does CO2 work? Find out using party balloons. What is ecological stress? Learn while juggling plates. Melting polar bears demonstrate rising water levels, sponges becomes rain clouds in extreme weather events, and Jenga blocks become the critical pieces of a fragile ecosystem…

Suitable for all ages. This is a drop-in event, feel free to come along at any time.
Tickets are available online or on the door: £5 per child (adults and under 7s accompanying the child do not need a ticket).
