Formed in 2016 - Edinburgh's Soundhouse Choir is a big, friendly and adventurous community choir, directed by Heather Macleod, as part of Soundhouse Organisation.
ALL are welcome – no previous singing or musical experience is required, just a love of music, a laugh and a dash of give-it-a-go!
The creative process isn’t too prescriptive. The sessions have a relaxed and supported atmosphere and the songs are learned by ear with an instinctive feel.
It has the heart of a community choir and the soul of a big band.
Sign up by the term for weekly singing, and the opportunity to be part of exciting creative projects. There’s always something great on the horizon!
Projects include - Justin Currie & Blazin' Fiddles, COP26 & Karine Polwart, The Gospel According to Niz - in Edinburgh's finest venues.
