Over the years Clare has delivered a combination of Corporate events which have included building openings, Royal visits, and VIP hospitality for Graduation. The Campaign Office events support Philanthropic income for the University of Nottingham, ensuring donors are thanked, enticing new donors to university events and keeping all supporters engaged.

Clare has been involved in many Community Fundraising projects and events over the years, some of these include Life Cycle 1-7, Wonder, Run for All and Open Days for the Children’s Brain Tumour Research Centre and Breast Cancer Research Centre.

Clare has a love for exercise and socialising, particularly when eating out and enjoying good food.

Christine Bailey

Christine Bailey is the Assistant Director for Sport with the remit for business development and has been in post almost 8 years. Previous to this, Christine worked in a number of Premiership Rugby Clubs as Head of Marketing and Communications.

In her current role Christine oversees the sport business services which includes marketing and communications, membership, finance, sponsorship, and major events. UoN Sport have five sports venues which are primarily used by the student programme but out of term time they look to secure elite training camps, conferences, national and international competitions. The team aims to host events that support the University’s student recruitment agenda, raise UoN’s profile and reputation and that generate significant income across the entire campus.

Christine loves watching and playing all sports with her main sport for the last two+ years being CrossFit. Outside of the gym, Christine is normally walking in the countryside with her family and dog.

Dr Terri Holloway is Head of The Ingenuity Lab - a business incubator that helps University of Nottingham students, staff, and alumni realise their entrepreneurial goals. Additionally, she also serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Nottingham University Business School, where she draws upon her experience as the founder of Swap Meat, Ltd. - a plant-based nutrition company that advocates the disease-preventive properties of plant-based diets. As an EIR, Terri mentors Ingenuity Lab businesses, conducts business training seminars, and contributes to academic research.

Terri completed her PhD research in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Nottingham's School of Biosciences, located on the University's Sutton Bonington campus.   Terri also holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a dual-major bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism.
