ABOUTJoin the Kings guide to the Kent Estuary, Michael Wilson, on the historic bay walk from Arnside to Grange.
Although the walk dates back to the era of Henry VIII and the original route was from Hest Bank to Kents Bank, due to the soft sand at Hest Bank, the the route is now Arnside to Grange.
The walk from Arnside is a lovely walk with a varied terrain and is between 5.5 to 7.5 miles depending on the safest route.
