Chamber Domaine perform works by Deborah Pritchard and Stevie Wishart alongside Bach -  commissions from Music@Malling's highly acclaimed Six Brandenburgs: Six Commissions.  Britten famously used Purcell's Rondeau as the theme for The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra and his arrangement of Purcell - Chacony reveals a richly inventive set of variations over a ground bass.  John Woolrich's Ulysses Awakes is based on an aria from Monteverdi's opera - Il ritorno d'Ulisse in patria: a further example of contemporary composers being inspired by masterpieces from the past.
