Dr Chris Gibson, Co-author of British & Irish Wildflowers and Plants: A Pocket Guide, will be leading a
gentle wander around our "Brownfield Rainforest" reserve at Canvey Wick. This is an excellent opportunity to discover more about the native and non-native plant species that call Canvey home.
Dr. Gibson, spent many years working for Natural England and was involved in the designation of this Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). He will therefore be sharing more about the sites history as well as the plants we encounter whilst enjoying the great outdoors.
