Facilitated by an experienced meditation teacher and art therapist.
Join us for two hours of relaxation, creativity and connection (with nature, ourselves and each other) with like-minded people. Sessions involve a mix of activities to help you relax and connect.

* Time for informal chatting, integration and reflection
Held monthly at Redcatch Community Garden - in our heated Canopy (safari tent) and beautiful garden setting.
No diagnosis necessary!
