The Retail & Hospitality sectors have found trading ‘difficult ‘over recent years due to a variety of factors such as the pandemic, high utility costs and even recruitment & retention has posed severe problems and challenges in many cases. But it doesn’t end there. As things stand from April 2025, the business rates relief of 75% will expire for the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors. These sectors play a vital part within our communities and town centre, helping them to be thriving and sustainable whilst providing employment opportunities too.
