Please be reminded of the following:

• Should you wish to collect your child directly after a match on a Thursday, we insist that all children have match tea before departure
• Please use this form to request an early Thursday pick-up
• Requests using this form must be submitted no later than 5pm on Wednesday to ensure all games and teaching staff have accurate pickup details on their register
• Any request after this time must be sent directly via to the Form Taker and Deputy Head Pastoral (mmatthews@cumnor.co.uk) for permission to be granted.
• Upon collection from Cumnor, children MUST be signed out with the main School Office as well as their match taker. This is to ensure our fire registers are accurate at all times.
• If collecting your child directly from an away match, please sign your child out with the match taker who will then contact the main reception office on your behalf.
