We are very pleased to be bringing back our 'Women's Wellbeing Event' for 2024 at two local venues; The Herbarium in Lancaster and Ye Olde Fleece Inn in Kendal (6pm - 9pm)
The evenings will be a mixture of female guest motivational speakers, along with dedicated practitioners to demonstrate how holistic therapies can support women's wellbeing. During the evening, you can browse local stalls offering a range of complementary therapies and products including self-checking demos, the healing benefits of sound baths, hypnotherapy and much more. Refreshments will be available on the night to purchase.
