About

Join us for an evening at Hampton to learn all about and enjoy our delicious wild roe venison. The evening begins with a deer skinning and butchery demonstration from our farm manager Will and head stalker Paul, including discussion on why our wild venison is a sustainable superfood and how we like to cook it. The evening will be topped off with an outdoors home-cooked two-course venison feasting supper and a chance to enjoy the Hampton walled garden.
