Morning Session - 10am - 12pm

✨ Yoga & Meditation Spirited Yogi will be holding a beautiful yoga and meditation session in the Cruck barn. Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own mat if possible. 

✨Gong & Soundbath Robert will be joining us again!  Enjoy a beautiful sound meditation with the healing frequencies of the gong, crystal bowls and other instruments. Bring fluffy socks, an eye mask (if you want one) and lots of pillows and blankets for comfort as it's a stone floor. You could even bring a sun lounger cushion if you have one. Being comfortable and warm will really enhance your sound journey experience in this stunning, ancient barn 

Then when your morning retreat has finished, why not enjoy one of our afternoon retreat sessions, and a freshly made lunch (inside or outside) in the lovely heritage centre tearoom & walled gardens.
 

We also invite you to explore the Wylde Blossom wellness market, book a treatment or tarot reading (pay at event for these), wander around the 18th century medicinal herb gardens, or enjoy the local park.

KIDS & ADULT SUMMER FORAGING SESSION  - £8 PER PERSON 

SUNDAY 14TH JUNE

1PM - 2.30PM

You and your kids will find out more about foraging for local wild plants and natural healing through nature with the knowledgeable Pete Compo from Pendle Plant Craft. You'll take a walk around the local area learning how to use seasonal plants and flowers for medicine. 

We encourage you to bring  a notepad and pen to make a note of your findings. 

Please note that this session is competitively priced, as we are mindful that taking a family out can be expensive. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, HOWEVER ADULTS CAN ATTEND WITHOUT CHILDREN 

KIDS & ADULT DRUMMING WORKSHOP  - £5 PER PERSON

Unleash your rhythm and connect with your community in our vibrant drumming circle in the stunning Cruck Barn at Pendle Heritage centre. 

Whether you're a seasoned drummer or a complete beginner, all are welcome to join us for an hour of creativity and connection.

We will have a variety of drums available, including shamanic, flat, bodhran, and djembe drums, so you can explore different sounds and styles. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, share, and enjoy the powerful experience of drumming together.
