About
Connect, Share and Learn is an online open space for us to come together, and to learn, from each other, how we can support those in the community experiencing dying, death and bereavement.In this session we will be joined by Martin and Julie from Terrence Higgins Trust. They will guide us through some of the things to consider when supporting planning ahead conversations with people who may be living with HIV or Hep C. You will hear experiences of people who are aging with HIV/HEP C. There will be a chance to find out about THT training for social / healthcare staff and you can bring any questions to this safe, relaxed space.
These sessions are open to everyone in the community.
