Led by experienced dance leaders, our safe and creative sessions invite you to explore movement and express yourself. Sessions are specifically designed for those living with long term health conditions but are inclusive and accessible to all.Rediscover the power of dance to boost wellbeing and celebrate life's beautiful moments. Additional dates are available, with bookings opening 4 weeks in advance. Exclusively for Rushcliffe residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
