About us:
Amelia Loulli is a Registered Yoga Teacher & award-winning writer whose debut collection SLIP is published by Jonathan Cape. She is a PhD researcher exploring the connections between poetry, breath & wellbeing.
Bonnie Kirkman is a Registered Yoga Teacher & Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working in mental health. Her role as a wellbeing practitioner is rooted in nervous system regulation linking movement & breath to support mental & physical resilience.
