Westmorland and Furness Council is hosting a free event for local landlords which will give them insights into the private rented sector and access to a range of organisations on the day for advice and guidance.The Council’s Government funded pathfinder project, Healthy Homes, aims to improve privately rented properties within six ward areas of the legacy Eden locality.
Hear updates from the Healthy Homes team, the National Residential Landlords Association, the Department of Work and Pensions, Cumbria Police, Cumbria Action for Sustainability, and the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
