Origami in York
About
Inevitably, the folding appetites of many people are not satisfied entirely by two conventions a year, so the we also offer local meetings, called “mini-meetings”, generally once a month. These meetings are mostly informal with about a dozen people attending on average. Folds are taught, stories exchanged and a good time is had by all. Or bring along any new (or old!) books you have found, any folds you are struggling with, any origami memorabilia and show them to other local members. To keep the event calm and enjoyable, participants should be able to sit quietly and follow along. Recommended age 11+ (exceptions by prior agreement). Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.Dates
