Our school trip packages are the ultimate hands-on activity for a whole range of ages! With over 150 different animals on site, ranging from Reptiles & Creepy Crawlies to Mini Mammals, children have the opportunity to be up close with some species they will never have encountered before. We have plenty of seasonal activities such as lamb feeding, chick handling, piglet cuddles and so much more which could be incorporated into your trip. We pride ourselves on being one of the most hands-on attractions around & will spend most of our time in our handling rooms exploring different animal types, habitats, diets and more! When the weather is suitable, we will spend more time outdoors visiting our larger animals from Highland Cows, various breeds of sheep, goats, pigs and so much more!
Each school trip typically runs from 10am-2pm, including a guided farm tour with our dedicated, knowledgable and friendly farm staff, a designated undercover space for packed lunches & plenty of time for outdoor/indoor play. To maximise enjoyment & experience for each child, we may seperate large groups into smaller sizes and rotate around different activities. Additional extras such as animal feed, laser tag sessions & ice creams can be organised upon request, too.
These full-day trips are priced at £11.50 per child, with a minimum of 10 children for a booking. We can cater for large groups upto 40 children, too. Should you wish to bring a larger group, this isn't a problem - jsut get in touch with us via email or telephone to discuss your options/pricing. There is no charge for adults within your own allocated ratios. Paymeny can be made with cash or card on the day of your visit, or an invoice can be sent after your visit.
