The Festival of LIGHTS (NW) is an event to share and celebrate in the spirit of DIWALI with others locally, regionally and nationally.Traditionally Diwali is a faith based event centred at the heart of the Hindu community which has been extended to connect with many who share the message and the spirit of Diwali with all.
