Wild Women - Restorative Flow Yoga with Pippa (SOLD OUT)
About
Welcome to this special restorative yoga class, designed to welcome in the soothing energy of the autumnal season. This practice invites you to slow down, ground yourself, and find balance as we transition into a quieter, more reflective time of year.We will begin with a slow flow, guiding your body with the breath. We will then move into a series of Yin poses, which are held for longer to allow your body to go deeper into the pose, your muscles to relax and joints to soften.
Our practice will conclude with an extended shavasana, a deeply restful and meditative state, allowing you to absorb the benefits of your practice. You'll be invited to fully relax and reflect, aligning with the season's invitation to rest, restore and renew.
This session is suitable for everybody, and no previous experience of yoga is required.
Please do bring a mat, blanket, cushion and anything else you may need to stay cosy.
