Y3 Residential Trip to PGL, Borreaton Park, Shropshire
About
We are going to PGL at Borreaton Park in Shropshire, departing from school first thing on Wednesday 23rd April and return during the evening of Friday 25th April.Scarisbrick Hall School have used this PGL centre many times before. We have always found it very comfortable and enjoyable, particularly important as we realise this is often the first trip away children will have without family.
Our pupils will be in the care of the PGL staff as well as ourselves. We will accompany them to all their activities and will be there to reassure and encourage. The PGL staff instructors run the activities. After activities, SHS staff will look after pupils throughout the evening and there are PGL staff on duty overnight. Pupils are in rooms within wooden chalets, as are SHS staff, staff are located right next to the children.
