“Changing the way CANCER is Navigated in the Workplace”This half-day interactive Training Programme is designed to help Employers, Managers and Team Leaders to positively address the way Cancer is Navigated in the Workplace. It was built around 4 key Values of being Proactive - Supportive - Personalised - Realistic.
This Programme will help enable you to Cultivate and Encourage an Inclusive Work Environment where Staff are Better equipped with the right Skills and Confidence to Support Colleagues affected by Cancer, which will ultimately assist in Maintaining Staff Productivity and Facilitate Greater Staff Retention.
