Understanding Your Baby (birth-approximately 6 months old)A post-natal group for parents, carers and other family members involved in caring for your baby.
6 weekly sessions, covering:
• Baby’s brain development
• How you and baby may be feeling
• Your developing relationship with baby
• Ways to respond to baby’s crying, developing healthy sleep patterns and feeding relationship
• Baby’s play and developmental needs
• Times when baby may be looked after by someone else or returning to work
A great opportunity to speak with other parents, babies welcome!
Please note that we can only have one adult attend these sessions due to room capacity.
Older children won't be able to attend these sessions so please ensure suitable childcare is arranged.
